Sound Baths: Healing through Harmony

  • Private Mobile Sessions (Groups or Individual 1-1) brought directly to you


    Experience personalized sound healing sessions tailored to your unique needs. These private sessions allow for a focused, intimate exploration of sound as a tool for relaxation, healing, and self-discovery.

  • A Private In-home Desert Sound Bath

    • Kristina will bring the instruments directly to you, in the comfort of your own home or Airbnb space. Typically the living room is the best space to host. The outdoors is a possiblity during certain seasons!

    • Participates should bring their own personal comfort items (Blanket, pillow, Yoga Mat or just a blanket to sit on)

    • Dress comfortably in clothing layers that is easy rest and breath in

    • Drink plenty of water 24 hours leading up to the session & slow down on drinking water 1 hour before the session

    This experience is suitable for various intentional gatherings such as: Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Wellness Retreats, Baby Showers, Anniversaries, Corporate Functions, and many more intentional gatherings. This is a experience where you can rest and connect.

    What to expect during your session:

    Intro: We will go over together how will the session flow, what to expect & exactly what a sound bath is!

    Yang Energy: With the use of breath, we will drop in and arrive in the body. This practice is geared towards all ages and experience levels, the only thing you need is a bit of curiosity! This practice helps to prime and prepare the body for meditation. Please let me know if you’d rather have a movement practice (yoga) instead of Breathwork

    Yin Energy: From here you will lay down in a comfy and meditative position to receive the beautiful medicine of sound. There is nothing you need to do here, expect rest and receive.

    Closing: Re-arrive feeling rested, and tuned in to yourself and your surroundings. Open space for any questions or sharing of your experience with the group
