A journey with our plant ally, psilocybin, that delves deep into an insightful & introspective experience; with live sound and gentle support - held in the comfort of your own space.

A Sound Ceremony is an experience for you to entirely receive.

As you connect within and open yourself as a vessel, allowing the sound to guide you through each moment, you'll explore the connection of spirit to body.

The medicine of our plant ally will offer an opportunity for you to be transported into expansive realms while simultaneously feeling safety held in the present moment.

Programming Flow

*This is experience is roughly 6 hours from start to finish*

The welcoming period. Please try to prepare and have a clear space open and ready for arrival. We will need about 40 minutes to set up our instruments and space as well. We will take this time to make sure the space is as comfortable as possible before we begin (setting up your personal mats and pillows). Use the restroom, and begin our introductions.
We will go over logistics, welcome each other gently into the space, and take our time going over the course of the work that is to follow.
The plant medicine will be served and you will be guided into a divine experience of the senses as you lay down with your with your eye mask to welcome in the amplification of every sense.
We cap our journeys at 2g per person
Sound: the journey will be set with a diverse live soundscape created by a number of healing musical instruments.
Touch: you’ll receive healing touch, energy work, and an experience of varying textures on your skin.
Scent: with the olfactory system closely connected to the brain, we’ll integrate a variety of decadent scents to transport you and elevate you throughout the journey.
Ground back into your body with a light snack as we gather for an integration circle. While nothing is expected of you to share if you are still processing; the space will be open for insights and experiences to unfold.

Kristina Welch

Kristina is a Sound Ceremony Facilitator, Yoga Instructor, Breathwork Guide, and Usi Reiki Practitioner dedicated to spreading the love of holistic wellness and meditation to the world.
Kristina curates individual healing programs and experiences that are a custom blend of these holistic modalities designed to empower each person towards their own inner healing.
Teaching a loving and presence-based practice that serves to awaken the body and soften the mind, so that you can become your own healer and step into your own power.
Second Trusted Facilitator

A dearly trusted friend and facilitator may be present for larger groups to help to hold the space and support you in your journey.
The second facilitator hired will be dependent on date and availability.
