“Nicole and I hosted our first retreat just a little over a month ago now. Haven’t really posted much about it, as we’ve been taking some much needed time to integrate & reflect on this magical experience✨
It takes true courage and vulnerability to be able to do this type of work, and we are so honored that each and every one of our attendees came with an unmatched willingness and an open heart to fully explore the light and the dark and everything in between. We laughed, we cried, we screamed, we danced and most importantly we held each other through it all. 🫶
This retreat started as just a small seed to create stronger community and we truly feel like our intention manifested into a dream that exceeded our expectations. 🌱🙏🏼💫

We know that this is just the beginning of our retreat journey and we are already in the works of planning our next one for January 2023 to start the new year off right! 🦋
