About this ceremony
Gentle Movement exercises - Writing Prompt- Sound Bath Meditation
We will come together and move through some simple movements and breath sequences to help wake up the body. Please bring a journal or something to right on, as we will be doing introspective work to focus on what we are releasing and making space for the new season and moon cycle.
What to bring:
- Yoga Mat or Towel to lay on
- A journal for intention setting during the ceremony
- Wear clothing layers, cozy socks, and a scarf as it easily may be chillier than expected and your body temperature will drop during the meditation
- Bring a large blanket, or sleeping bag, to keep you warm during the sound bath
- Wear a hat or sunscreen to protect your face from the sun if needed
- An eye covering for Savasana during the sound bath is a great addition to have!
- Any additional comfort items your may need such as: an extra blanket pillow, scarf, crystals, notebook
- Again- I don't want you to be cold, you will defintely want a heavy blanket to be cozy!
