This moment is for you to fully drop into the experience of receiving. You’ll be receiving the medicine from the plant ally while simultaneously receiving the medicine offered by the beautiful activation of your senses.

The medicine of the our plant ally in union with your senses will offer an opportunity for you to be transported into expansive realms while simultaneously feeling grounded in the present moment. transformative Plant Medicine journey that delves deep into introspective work with live sound and gentle sensory activation. This experience will be fully laying down with an eye mask. As you connect within and open yourself as a vessel, allowing your senses to guide you through each moment, you'll explore the connect of spirit to body.

We harness the power of all the senses—textures, scents, sounds, and taste—to create a deeply immersive experience while journeying with our plant allies.

While the sensory activations will be gentle and non-intrusive to your inward journey, you are welcome to forgo any sensory experiences, and just rest and listen in ceremony.

Programming Flow

Arrival & Welcoming - 4:45-5pm

The welcoming period begins at 4:45 pm and the ceremony begins at 5:05 pm You may take this time to become comfortable in the space, setting up your comfortable area, use the restroom, and begin some introspective work.

Welcome Circle - 5:05pm

We will go over logistics, welcome each other gently into the space, and take our time going over the course of the work that is to follow.

The Work - 5:45-10pm

While the specifics of our journey together won't be fully outlined here, rest assured that you'll be held in a safe container for introspective work with your body and plant allies.

Sound: the journey will be set with a diverse live soundscape created by a number of healing musical instruments.

Touch: you’ll receive healing touch, energy work, and an experience of varying textures on your skin.

Scent: with the olfactory system closely connected to the brain, we’ll integrate a variety of decadent scents to transport you and elevate you throughout the journey.

Sight: this will be the inward sight you’ll experience with the support of our plant ally and guided meditations.

Please note: we will forgo the sense of taste during the journey but will activate the experience with a nourishing grounding meal

Closing and Intergration - 10-11 pm

Ground back into your body with a light dinner as we gather for an integration circle. While nothing is expected of you to share if you are still processing; the space will be open for insights and experiences to unfold.

Follow-up Intergration - via zoom

The following week, join us for a group connection call to check-in and continue the integration process from our journey together.

What to bring:

Please know that comfort is key! You will be laying down on the ground for multiple hours.

Please bring something to lay on: A thicker piliates mat, a foam pad, camping pad, workout mat, or a yoga mat.
2 Blankets: One for underneath you and another to go over you
A pillow: For either your head or under your knees
Wear comfortable clothing layers
A journal and pen
A water bottle
An eye covering
Any items you would like to have charged with prayers at the altar during the session
