Sound Bath Experience

Joshua Tree & Palm Springs

Holistic Wellness - Breathwork - Yoga - Sound Healing

Experience a gentle, yet powerful modality to treat the body, mind, and Spirit. Sound can truly serve as a pathway to restore inner balance, radiance, and self connection.

Group Sound Baths are a beautiful and tranformative way to consciously connect with those around you, while also having your very own personal experience.

A Desert Sound Bath

How it works:

  • Kristina will bring the instruments directly to you, in the comfort of your own home or Airbnb space. Typically the living room is the best space, outdoors is a possiblity during certain times of the year!

  • Participates should bring their own personal comfort items (Blanket, pillow, Yoga Mat or just a blanket to sit on)

  • Dress comfortably in clothing layers that is easy rest in

  • Drink plenty of water 24 hours leading up to the session & slow down on drinking water 1 hour before the session

This experience is suitable for various intentional gatherings such as: Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Wellness Retreats, Baby Showers, Corporate Functions, and many more intentional gatherings.

What to expect during your session:

Intro: We will go over together how will the session flow, what to expect & exactly what a sound bath is!

Yang Energy: With the use of breath and gentle movement, we will drop in and arrive in the body. This practice is geared towards all ages and experience levels, the only thing you need is a bit of curiosity! This practice helps to prime and prepare the body for meditation.

Yin Energy: From here you will lay down in a comfy and meditative position to receive the beautiful medicine of sound. There is nothing you need to do here, expect rest and receive.

Closing: Re-arrive feeling rested, and tuned in to yourself and your surroundings.

Open space for any questions or sharing of your experience with the group

Kristina was wonderful to work with. I booked her for sound meditation at the end of a bachelorette weekend and its just what we needed to relax! She is professional, communicates in a timely manner, and she also teaches you a bit about her amazing craft. She will also meet you at a location of your choosing! So convenient! Thank you Kristina!

  • Taylor- Palm Desert

Kristina guided us through an amazing Sound Bath for a Bachelorette. She was so professional and easy to book. The actual meditation was relaxing and a very rewarding experience. Afterwards she stayed to answer any questions anyone had. It was lovely to share that experience with her. Can highly recommend.

  • Meagan Phillips - Yucca Valley

Kristina is an absolute master of her trade. I've never seen or heard anyone incorporate so many instruments into their sound healing journey before; it's truly extraordinary. Every time I attend one of her group sessions, I see/hear her healing modalities strengthen. You can tell she devotes herself to her craft every day. I've recommended her to a wide range of people in my network, both personal and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend her for your next private party, group session, or corporate function!!

  • Maddy - Joshua Tree

We booked a sound bath & breathwork experience with Kristina on our family trip to Joshua Tree. We didn't totally know what we were in for as none of us had practiced in either arena before but our experience was nothing short of incredible. Kristina was excellent, kind and made us feel really comfortable. It was the highlight of our trip and I can't recommend highly enough.

  • Katie - Palm Desert

We had the most incredible experience with Kristina last weekend on the morning of our friend's wedding. Kristina was so kind and responsive in the weeks leading up to the day, and arrived early to help us pick the best location on the property to lead us in our meditation. The meditation was absolutely beautiful, the perfect way to start our day. My friends and I will be talking about this experience for years to come. I would recommend Kristina to anyone looking for a Sound Bath Meditation. Thank you so much for sharing your gift with us!

  • Noshington Wells - Joshua Tree

Having experienced multiple Sound Baths with Kristina, plus private reiki and yoga- I can say she brings a gentle and loving clarity to her work each and every time. Everything Kristina does is very intentional and I’ve gone deep into my subconscious in her sessions together. Highly recommend and will book her again!
