About the Sound Bath Offering:
A Sound Bath Meditation is a transcendent journey, enveloping you in a tranquil cocoon of healing vibrations. Through this immersive experience, your brain is entrained into a receptive and deeply meditative state of surrender. Weaving a unique soundscape, Kristina will use a variety of instruments to from Tibetan Singing Bowls, Pure Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Chimes, and other Esoteric Overtone Instruments.
What to expect during your session:
Intro: Group greetings- We will go over how will this session flow, and what exactly a sound bath and meditation practice is and why it is useful.
(Yang Energy) Gentle Breath: This practice is geared towards all ages and experience levels, the only thing you need is a bit of curiosity! I teach gently for all levels.
(Yin Energy) Sound Bath: Settling into a cozy and meditative posture as you prepare to receive the healing harmonies; with nothing to do except relax and be present. You'll immerse yourself in the moment through the sound, allowing the vibrations to wash over you, and resonate within.
Closing: As the session draws to a close, you'll emerge feeling refreshed, revitalized, and deeply attuned to yourself and your environment. There'll be an opportunity for reflection and any lingering questions, ensuring you depart with a sense of peace and clarity.
Kristina offers a personal & intimate setting, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the therapeutic sounds and vibrations. This deep work provides a sacred space for self-reflection, healing, and rejuvenation.
