About this ceremony:
Qi Gong Movement & Breath + Sound Bath + Tea
What is QiGong? an ancient Chinese practice that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and mental focus to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, known as "qi" or "chi." It is often described as a form of moving meditation that promotes health, vitality, and spiritual growth.
Tea for Spring Detox: Weeds, often seen as nuisances, hold profound wisdom within them. Some weeds, by design, are impossible to eradicate, hinting at the medicine we might need most. They reveal what lies beneath the surface, urging us to tend to the roots within ourselves. Among these resilient plants, Dandelion stands out as a cherished ally in holistic wellness. Rich in nutrients and antioxidants, Dandelion aids liver health, digestion, and fosters inner joy and courage, making it a valuable partner in our journey to holistic well-being.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat
Wear comfortable clothing layers
A water bottle
Bring a blanket or warm items, cozy is key
An eye covering for Savasana during the sound bath is a great addition to have!
